Refunds and exchanges will be given if customer returns the package within 5 days of received shipment. Merchandise must be properly packed in the original box. Please notify me by email upon returning the goods. I will then issue a refund or exchange after receiving the package.
Sorry, we cannot give refunds or exchanges on promo items or custom orders.

We calculate our shipping rates by weight. Rates start at $10.00CAD up to 500g and increases every 500g.

Shipping Time

Shipping within Canada will take 1-2 weeks
Shipping to the United States will take 2-3 weeks
Shipping to all other countries will take approx. 3-4 weeks
